Gora is a personal AI life assistant. To deliver its features, Gora collects, processes, and stores personal data through trusted third-party infrastructure providers. This disclosure explains what data is collected, how it is processed, and where it is stored.

Gora stores the following media through Google Firebase Storage:
All files are encrypted in transit and at rest, associated exclusively with your account, and are not accessible by any other user or third party. Deleting your account permanently removes all stored files from our servers.
Gora's AI engine processes your conversations and voice messages in real-time to generate intelligent responses. To power this experience, Gora uses industry-leading AI infrastructure providers. Gora reserves the right to update, change, or replace its AI infrastructure at any time to continuously improve your experience.
Gora's features are powered by trusted third-party AI providers including xAI and OpenAI. These providers process your data solely to deliver Gora's functionality. Voice audio is transcribed in real-time and is not retained by any provider after processing is complete.
All user-generated data including profile information, tasks, health records, financial entries, conversation history, and uploaded media is stored on Google Firebase, a cloud infrastructure service provided by Google LLC. Firebase is trusted by millions of applications worldwide and operates under Google's enterprise-grade security standards.
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Firebase complies with major international data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. No unauthorized third party can access your stored data.
Gora uses native Apple services including Sign in with Apple for secure authentication, AVFoundation for audio recording and playback, and PhotosUI for image selection. These services operate exclusively under Apple's privacy policies. Gora does not have access to your Apple ID credentials.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data from our Firebase database. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before complete deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to:
Settings → Data Controls → Delete Account
This action is immediate and irreversible. All data including conversations, health records, financial entries, and uploaded files will be permanently erased.
Gora may update its AI providers, cloud services, data processing methods, and technology partners at any time. Changes that materially affect your data will be communicated through the app or by updating this disclosure.
